"Your mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work unless it's open."
-Frank Zappa

My sadness is unending
A pit of tangled thorns
The world that I once loved
Slowly descending...
My 'beauty' a disgraceful misnomer
In a world with meadows full of sunny tulips
The beautiful people that currently breathe
For no reason I hate them
On every day's eve

A cure for this hate cannot be found
It lives outside of me
From the sky to the ground
Every thought that comes
Ensues me happiness
With a trickling hate
for what I have now

My life, fine as it appears to be
But you don't know
By any means know me
Inner feelings forever outshine
Materialistic trashes that cloud my mind

Ah...what a silly poem! Something I wrote when I was terribly mad and kind of hated everyone and everything.
