Oil spill
The sea animals
cry out in pain
they can't breathe
The water is to thick and black
Like mud
a baby seal losses its way
From his mother, the sea,
Cries with sorrow of its dying baby's,
The earth weeps with this spill on her body,
The once beautiful sea waters of the gulf are now turning dark and black,
The poor fish and shrimp that is gone but there,
The fish floats to the water surface covered in black thick oil,
This beautiful gulf,
Now turned ugly because of some peoples mistake,
the price that can happen if you take a short cut or don't pay attention to what you are suppose to be doing.
Can mean little, or even the world.
