From my mind
Always astonished
At what I find
Writing my life
Down somewhere
Just wishing
Someone would care
Reading like a child
Their imagination
Small and mild
With no creation
The lie
Speaking of greatness
I begin to “sigh”
Doubting the world
Wishing for more
Never granted
I continue on
This timeless search
My blood is me
Expanding outward
Always evolving
Changing into me
