in the water

The sparkling sea
A familiar place
The pulsing ocean
A refreshing face
Water surrounds me
And I feel at home
My hair swirls around me
I don’t feel quite so unknown
I move gracefully in the waves
A single silvery fish flicks it's tail
A current makes the seaweed sway
In the water we are beautiful
We are one
But only in the water
Do we become
