The wounds you left,
They scarred my heart.
You changed everything.
The way I thought,
The way I saw,
The way I felt.
Why are you putting me through all this misery?
All I did was love you.
I don’t deserve this pain.
I can’t believe I fell so hard,
And you aren’t even here to help me up.
My fragile soul has gone.
As tears build,
I realize…
You don’t deserve the satisfaction of knowing
That I do indeed care
