A Writer's Bliss

The rhythm of nails tapping on a keyboard
Discovering what has not been explored
Triggering inspiration from a blank screen
Envisualizing what has yet to be seen
Eyebrows and forehead furrowing
As thoughts and ideas are growing
Mouth salivates with juicy plots
Tying up stories in twisted knots
Developing characters that come to life
As protagonist and antagonist quarrel and strife
Mind games and a bag of tricks
Tongue dances behind closed lips
Forming words still left unsaid
Spiraling out like a spool of thread
Pulsating with thoughts of inspiration
The writer’s bliss has just begun

I completely disagree with TanGem. Taking an idea and weaving a complex tapestry of twists and turns is the most fun part of being a writer! I loved this, it captures the spirit of writing!

I kind of agree with Tangem on this one but the concept is spot on :)
Hmm... I can understand where you want to go with this, but I think you should look again at your word choice here. A lot of it doesn't agree with the tone you're going for: "bliss." For example, you use "nails tapping," "triggering," "eyebrows... furrowing," "twisted knots," "quarrel and strife," "mind games," and "tricks," none of which sound very blissful. Overall this poem is a great idea, but it needs quite a bit of work if you want to achieve your goal here.
