I'll never say I love you
I'll never say I care
I'll never say I trust you
I'll never ever dare
I'll never skip happily
nor smile into your eyes
I'll never let you hold me
I'll never let you make me cry
I'll never smile your way
or let my heart skip a beat
I'll never blush at your touch
my face will never fill with heat
Yet here I am
blushing and smiling
saying I love you
trusting you
daring to care for you
my heart skipped its beat
you held me
and I cried
And out of all those never's i said to you
you stuck with me,
you tried.
