Religion
Come,
Mindless masses
Yes come and devout your lives
Devout it to someone you’ve never seen,
Never seen, never heard,
Never heard, never touched,
Never touched, or even smelled.
Come,
Wear the rings of pure
Come wear the gowns that contradict
The orientation of man’s choice of mate
Worship a book that has no author
Worship pieces of a stone
Even worship tools of torture,
Worship a man long since dead
That even changed the way time spends
Come,
Honor a group of men, who are afraid to bed,
For they cannot bed so they say it’s the lords will,
That all man cannot bed.
Come,
Save your souls from a eternity of sin,
But, is that not what the man died for?
Our right to sin.
