Flaming
Ouch,
You burned me once,
An I touched your hot flame again,
Only to be burned yet a second time.
But did I learn,
That your edmitting heat was not from love but from anger?
I touched your tongue licking flames again,
Only to have my heart scourched to a crisp.
I left empy and broken,
My heart crumbling into a sizzling pile of ash,
No matter how many tears I shed the pain never goes away,
So why?
Why should I let you claim those tears as your prize?
Why should I let you ruin my life?
Why should I?
I shouldn't.
And I won't.
