Impossible
The moon shining in our eyes,
Our hearts forever connected,
This forbidden love,
Encased in a silver lining wrapped with a glistening bow too good to be true.
Our tears were shed,
When we realized,
We could never be together,
Never be wrapped in eachother's loving arms again.
The way you turned your head away from me,
My heart shattering into a million pieces,
I fell,
And fell hard.
I knew from the begining it could never be,
It was too good to be true,
But still I led myself to believe,
In the impossible.
