Old Friend
Remember the days when we used to laugh,
We'd smile with joy, not caring at all.
In the sunlight we would sing,
No sorrows or mopes to bring us down.
Great friends we were back then,
Oh I miss those good days,
When we'd laugh and sing forever,
Not caring about the world.
Twirling in the garden, playing in the weeds,
Our hair all in the sunlight,
As we danced and screamed.
Oh, the memories we share.
