How am I supposed to trust my friends and family with my deepest darkest secret;
When I can barely trust myself with what seems so horrible.
I know a few people like me but they can't trust people either;
If my secret get's out what am I supposed to do.
Tell everyone the truth
which will result in humiliation & lonliness, or make something up.
