Best Friend Code
The best friend code
has many rules
some logical and some not
One of the rules is:
do not date your best friends' ex
This is a logical one, most of the time although it does not apply if your best friend is okay with it
Another may be:
you should hate your best friends' ex's new girlfriend
this one however is totally b.s. although is every once in a while logical
The best friend code is much like the Pirate one,
they are more guidelines than anything else,
but break a logical rule and you can almost assuredly kiss your best friend
good-bye

Trust you to put a Pirates reference in there.
Gotta love those guidelines.
