As the plane rises in the sky,
Maryland fades away like a dying rain storm.
2 hours on the plane sprint by and I look out my window.

I see a heavenly beacon of sunlight.
As the plane lands.

I step down from the plane,
the Florida sun kisses me and strokes my neck gently.

“Now this is the state where I am going to college,” I say to myself.

Over my spring break for 2011, I went to Florida to look at a few colleges.
