I’d like, I think, to see the stars
Falling all around your head
Leaving dark the sky above
And lighting up the ground instead

I’d like, I think, to see the Moon
Pulled down with a golden rope
To surround with light our deepest love
And leave us each with happiness sown

I’d like, I think, to see your smile
Outshining the wonders of time and space
As my heart jumps from my sleeve to your hand
While sweet love plays across your face
