The final standing
We stand by broken glass
There isn’t anything we can say
To make the obvious go away
 The bruises on my skin
Are the proof of your so called love for me
 I’ve lied for you
 About the broken bones
 The bruises, the burns
 All because I believed
When you told me you wouldn’t do it again
But now I know you tried to shatter me
like the broken glass at our feet
You have leave scars on my skin
But you can’t take away my will to fight
 You are no man
 You do no right
Now as the thunder rolls outside
I will stand up against you
 Even if I die trying
 I die a free spirit.
