The lights cast a shadow
I feel no warmth
Everything is dark.
And then I see your face.
You chase away the darkness.

You make me smile,
I feel warmth rushing through me.
My heartbeat quickens
As I watch you.

I can't wait anymore
But you beat me to the punchline,
My darling sunshine,
We're together now,
Forever warm.
