You're the killer, Sweetheart
Staring into the mirror, she loves her own looks.
Little does she know,
Who she sees is not who she is.
Can't help but put her hand to her reflection.
And suddenly, falling through a vortex of colors,
She finds herself on the other side.
Her doppleganger waves hello,
runs away, mischievous and deadly.
Eyes slanted, with a glint of bloodthirsty killing.
The girl pounds on the glass until her hands are blistering red.
Everything on this side feels like rock, she feels cold.
Her mind races in every direction,
Grasping what's become.
She can now see herself,
United with the mirror,
To her heart's content.
With the price of a switch, with a humanly ghost.
Tears and tears,
Making her eyes heavy, until she falls into a restless sleep.
Her doppleganger returns, with the most deadly of sins on her bloody hands.
Bursting awake the girl looks down to the blood on her hands.
Sweat dripping down her face,
Heart beating fast,
Confused, but free.
Seconds pass,
She remembers.
That wasn't a dream.
