The Glorious Vision of You
My eyes glance around the room.
They stop where they always do.
Falling upon the handsome sight,
The glorious vision of you.
Your hair falls perfectly across your forehead, stopping just before your brow.
I contemplate your appeal,
And all I can think is wow.
Your voice stands out among the crowd,
Its like music to my ears.
It sings to me for a while,
Than it fades and disappears.
It’s musical genius,
A world renowned symphony.
Each lyric of it becomes,
A prized line of poetry.
Your smile, it warms me inside.
It is wonderful, and rare.
So when I catch a glimpse of your grin,
I just can’t help but stare.
When you’re happy I’m happy,
And when you’re sad I’m sad too…
I can’t help myself,
Cannot help but love you!
