L eaving me behind
E veryone walks away
F orgotten, invisible
T hat's me
O ut of the way nobody remembers me
U nder a veil of invisibility am I
T otally gone like I was never here
F riends pass me by
O ne in a crowd of people I know
R eally, do I? Are their memories
G alloping away, forgetting me?
O ver mountains I climbed
T o make what little rep I did
T orn in half, it's in a whirlpool
E verywhere I go this happens
N o matter what place I enter
G race overpasses me, tossed
O ver my head, like a ball
N onetheless, I didn't catch
E ternally, I'm gone
