You read through me.
Another book.
From first look you now know me front to cover. Already known and been there there's nothing left to discover.
But My cover.
it is just that. A cover.
I am not your assumption.
I am not your opinion. I'm not in need of your signature to sign some self validating evaluation. Is this a test? Have I passed?
I am not a minimalists line.
I am not a hastily thrown together paragraph of adjectives.
Do you need a new pair of glasses to read me or can you just not see?

I didn't go to class because I was with

her when she died. And she died.

I moved because she haunted me through the school hallways and in the eyes of her friends.

Have I passed you the test?

i am left now to only see her in my dreams.
I hope you know what I mean. I am not what I seem.

if life was given two choices, to become a writer or a character, I will choose to become a writer.
I have the power to decide what my life should be.

I have always love this type of poetry.

eventhough mine is amatuer.

Now Cinderella don't you go to sleep, it's such a bitter form of refuge, oh don't you know the kingdom's under siege, and everbody needs you. - The Killers

I really like the  message of this, and how it was about really seeing behind the exterior of a person. It's very interesting and very well done. I also loved the title, not sure why but it really stood out. Thanks for checking out my stuff :)
