He goes by many names
He's a contractor, no emotion, no games.
He can generate lightning
Which is useful when fighting
He is active, as shown by the star
He stays in the city, never to go far
Cameras never see his face
he can level a whole place
He always does his task
Always with the mask
He goes by Hei and Lee
Chief Kirihara hunts the Black Reaper, never to see.

The author's comments:
I watched Darker Than Black a while back. It's a anime, an awsome one so i wrote about the main character, Hei/Lee/Black Reaper
