Into your emotions
Pull
Them from the depths of your being
And
Condense
Into syllables
Sprinkle
Them on canvas
And
Dip
Into experience and belief
Then
Iron out
The wrinkles and tears
Wrap it up in you
And
Reveal
With an open mind and heart
