Alive and Yet Dead

I see through these eyes,
I am a shell looking out,
Who can hear me cry when its silent,
all I see is darkness,
I'm a living breathing body but I don't respond,
can someone help me,
I'm living in a shell that breaths and moves,
but it doesn't feel pain, sad, happy, or mad,
I'm Alive But Yet I'm Dead
