A little girl
no where to go
no home is mine
cant flourish nor grow
walking the street
I see him there
a stick in his hand
not seeming to care
reminding me
someone I knew
very familiar-
too good to be true
Same eyes as mine
same heart and smile
memories flood
Its been a while
steadily approaching
beginning to shutter
he smiles at me
this is my brother.
