She told me go to sleep
I couldn't sleep that night
I heard the engine running
And he ddnt say goodbye
I looked into my mother eyes
I hate seeing her cry
I heard the engine running
And he ddnt say goodbye
I hate seeing them fight
I haven't slept in weeks
I looked outside my bedroom window
And I saw him leave
The tread marks on the street
I didn't sleep that night
I layed in bed with mother
And we both layed there and cried
