Convo With The Body
Things be frustrating me
So I'm talking 2 the man
That can't hear, talk, or see
And He reminds me of me
Staring at the man
Who can't hear,talk, or see
He just stares at the wall
Not much at all
He can't hear, see, or speak
He just sits in that chair
It doesn't look he cares
but he sits patiently
I wonder what he waits for
I wonder why he paid for
Why did he lose the gift of speech?
I wish I could just know more
What was he before
Was he strong or was he weak?
To lose the gift of eyes
What's going through your mind
Is it there in which you see
Do you hear things in your head
Or in there are you dead
And in my eyes
Your not deceased
Are you just a mans body?
Tell me wise man please
Let this knowledge set me free
But it did not frustrate me
Talking to the man
Who can't hear, talk, or see
I just sat there patiently
Waiting for the man
To just see, hear and speak
Is it me who goes crazy?
Talking to a man
In your eyes that's been deceased
