Your jagged claws tear at my face
Ripping apart every ounce of grace
You know you love me
Yet you love to hurt me even more
It’s just that I’m too struck by you to see
And I can’t get you out of my head

The horrible things you did to me on that bed
The things better left unsaid
Are the things I can’t explain

That chased away my loveable plains
