I cannot quell
This feeling of mine
In my chest it will swell
If I do not pine.
Length of red ribbon
Spun around my being
Rupturing through- oh felon
And yet not fleeing
Capture me darling
Wrap the ribbon tight
Our eyes are a starling
Our hearts in flight
Words mingling in a web of care
Hands in a marriage of fingers
Our image, what a wondrous pair
A veil of awe lingers
