Remember or Believe
There are days when I miss you
And I try to hold my breath
I clench my teeth roughly
And I begin to fret
How can I forget
All the pleasantries
I once had hope
and I cant simply leave
I ache with remembrance
I shiver with remorse
But the truth is I did no wrong
And I hold it in with force
So many words left
Inside my head
But the only other place better
Is if they were dead
But no the words live on
And so do I
But it would be so much better
If I could believe my lie
