Jeremy
I remember when I was five years old
My nephew Jeremy being born
I remember walking into the towering hospital
My hand in my mothers
I remember walking down the hallway
Seeing my sisters name on a door
I remember walking in and seeing my sister
With a bundle in her arms
I remember my mother sitting me on my mothers lap
And she handed my the bundle
I remember being curious about what was in the bundle
And then I saw two dark eyes staring at me
I remember holding the bundle
My mom saying his name was Jeremy
I remember thinking, this is my nephew
And I love him.
