Teardrops scream so quietly; Breaking the promise to remain unseen...
Longing rests in my soul,
A dull, burning ache...
Dear, do you remember my name?

Reaching for your bright, loving stare,
Words held captive; 
Breaking with each breath...
Tell me I'm not forgotten...

Memories rush through my fingertips; Staining my skin with regret,
Holding such perfection,
Why, darling, can't you see it?

Such soft whispers,
Hidden within the melody,
Not speaking...
Again...
Oh, again...
Is it the silence that contains our love?

...Waiting for us to realize...

We haven't vanished yet.

And, with Every Heartbeat,
A secret is revealed,
Between you and I...
Until we are no longer tempted by the quiet...

...But instead, resisting to stay...

Haunted.~

I like your poems. They create a sense of intimacy very well. Especially this one. The last stanza I thought was the best  To me it seemed as if the poem was a promised transition to a more open relationship. Great work!

*faints* Overwhelming beauty, beyond comprehension. Elipses are a bit overused, you don't need to trail off so much, the feeling is already present. Otherwise, amazing work. Soiul beaneath the words girl.
