The Power Of Our Minds
Our minds speak to us,
 whispering things so mean.
 Tricking our eyes,
 Disorienting the things we see.
 It goes on and on,
 silencing our screams.
It won't stop until you're no longer you
 and I'm no longer me.

You watch as we fall apart
and see us believe the lies we're told.
And we'll watch you believe our act,
 even though it's gotten old.
