I’m happy to know you make time for me
With a busy life it’s never simple, not always easy
Being caught up each day on your calendar
It’s not that hard to forget what you should remember
Like the colors you counted in my eyes
Like my laugh that echoes through a room
The way you’d scrunch your nose
And always say I think I kinda love you
If we ever see the sun hit our faces again
Please don’t you ever forget
