Her beauty
I look outside and see a
Coming storm
The gray puffy clouds roll in
Covering the once blue sky
It then begins to rain
Soft heavy raindrops explode on my window
I see a child, about the age of 12
She had blue eyes, blond hair, and a slight tan
She was tall for her age
She danced, frolicking in the rain
Her hair spun like a drenched mop
I could not do anything but admire
Her happiness, her pure joy for life
For the rain
Rain may just be water that gives plant nutrients
Rain may even be the evil orb that ruins outdoor plans
But rain is beautiful
It is a mirror of how I feel when I am alone
It shadows my most dark moods
Then, the lightening comes cracking my thoughts
It shows the strength and the power of Mother Nature
It shows her everlasting beauty
Even when she isn’t soft
