Welcome back darling
I stayed up waiting,
forever long.
My tears are dried and,
they mingled with the dust of
my mute dreams
Can you love me?
Can anything be as real as this again?
The one thing I beg of you,
is to promise to leave
So i can heal
You are pounding back in
You are breaking all I've built
for so long
My heart can't hold much
the pieces are scattered
with the dust of what was.
