Don’t try and convince me that blood won’t wash away my every trouble like the rain
And it’s sad when we have to use pain to dull the pain
I carve your name into my skin like a prayer for a gravestone
So that you’ll always be with me, I’ll never be alone
But even the deepest scars will fade, like the meaning in these lines
But Darling will you stay a little longer this time?
