Unassailable Mortality
I got tired of 
 danger and so now
 I spend my nights in twentyfour hour 
 diners, 
 drowning my ever raucous 
 thoughts in black coffee and
 attempting to quell my
 infatuation with precipice. I smear
 ink into paper instead of 
 mascara down my 
 cheeks.
