We’re ending Middle School
closing one door,
yet preparing for High School
a different world.
Today lets look back
to the places we’ve been
along our track.

The challenges faced,
the lessons aced,
the people embraced,
the hair interlaced,
the memories based,
the homework misplaced,
all this, we achieved
despite our haste.

We’ve survived the East,
and all had a great feast.
We’ve learnt `bout the West,
Carl Azuz’s puns were best.
Our rockets flew fast,
we’ve all had a blast.
Memories that will last.

I think we are all at least slightly afraid
of the things that are coming
and the things that will fade.
Our load is awaiting,
I know we are strong,
so lets man up and take it,
and all move along.

If you need help,
you can just ask.
no need to yelp,
we can share the task.
You can lean on me,
I can lean on you,
Together, I know we
will make it through.

In the end,
let our lives be
AKWARD!
and hilarious.
