Reality behind my smile

Hiding what I feel,
Wish I was dreaming. How could this be real?
I smile but I am breaking inside,
I cant run. And there is no where to hide,
I don't want to let these tears fall,
Cause they would not stop,
They would fall endlessly,
And to the ground I would drop,
Inside I would drown in sadness and pain,
Only to still be smiling that fake smile again.
