Petite
There is a girl in my bathtub?
With flowers blooming from her hands?
And she’s asking me to join her ?
Because she wants to see what I hide under my skin.
Her hair smells like wanderlust and vanilla
?I have a blank memory of her face but some boy told me ?” god she’s so beautiful.”?
I’ve cried into the sink and she watches with pity?
Sneering, a lady shouldn’t waste her dinner she tells me.
I’m grieving the loss of my innocence ?
And she’s taking a bath with suicidal flowers ?
That she keeps leaving at my door?
She’s kissing my collarbones and counting my ribs?
As we lay in silence.
