**Insert Toxic Habit Here**
A smelly security blanket is wrapped around you. A heavy, dark colored quilt.
It’s always lingering, dragging behind you, collecting dirt.
Or sometimes its tied around your neck like a cape. That cape gets stepped on, strangling you into believing or not believing what you should and should not believe. This suffocation can be avoided.
Choose to stop caging yourself, end the suffocation.
Though the knot that ties the ends of your quilt around your neck is a tangled mess, begin the process of untying it.
End the mental self-torture.
End the suffocation.
