Judgement
You cast it upon me like a blizzard in a cold Alaska winter.
I fall waist deep in the snow and struggle to climb out.
Your words are lava that erupt in my heart.
I run and trip and burn from the heat.
I get that I’m pale and imperfect
and that I may not exactly fit in your picture perfect person puzzle,
but your judgement doesn’t matter so don’t waste your breath.
Hold back your comments and your eerie glares.
So what if I’m different?
I’ll let Jesus judge me,
just remember he’s gonna judge you too.

Some folks are wise and some are otherwise. I guess we know which one you are.
