Slow decent
It’s rather dark down there don’t you agree?

 Pitch black, and murky

A pool of forgotten ink, unable to make art

 It’s also quite hot

The air hits my face and my eyes sting and water

The magma core of the Earth awaits us

Do you hear them? The cries of the damned?

I can, I can hear their shrill vocal chords calling out

The echoing sounds fill my ears and my heart

Do you know why you’re here?

Do you know why you’ve been sentenced?

 Well I do

 Welcome to misery

 Welcome to anguish

 Welcome to the inferno

We will now begin our slow decent
