Whether or Not
Laughing softly, I fall lightly
And roll upon my back
The sky gleams blue, a remarkable hue
Which continues into your eyes
I see no pain, no chance of rain
While your body lays so soft
As you smile, I soar a mile
And glide into your kiss.
Don't pull away, don't leave today
Because clouds begin to gather
You never want to, but this has to do
And wait until tomorrow
The sun will come out tomorrow.
With or without us,
Being glad or in sorrow
The sun will come out tomorrow.
