Mermaid Love
The crash of water rings in my ears,
the light blue shimmers in front of my eyes.
The bright pastel and neon colors of coral,
angel fish swim swiftly in schools,
orange clown fish hide away.
My navy tail cuts through the water,
the coolness of the water,
caresses my naked skin and tail.
My sweet siren song floats,
piercing through the calm waters.
I spread my arms out,
my heart full of joy.
I just met someone,
who I can be with forever.
His long chocolate hair flowing in the water,
his strong arms embrace me,
his raven black tail swims with mine.
Andrew,
the man who stole my heart.
