You taught me how to fly
But you took away my wings
You taught me not to cry
But then you put the tears in my eyes
You taught me how to trust
But then you lied to me
Why couldn't I see you weren't who you pretended to be?
You said you needed me
Then you pushed me away
Everything you did turned out to be fake
Are you happy now?
Now that you've torn me to the ground?
You knocked me down
But you didn't knock me out
