we use to describe
another thing we don't have
constantly unsatisfied
we are essentially wanting
as humans to have more
lacing ourselves together
with green and paper-

and to think that
the brain named itself

I am throughly angry that i am not able to rate the poems because my computer is acting totally reatarded. But anyway I like how you fit into your one style and dont try to mimick anyone elses. I truly respect you as a writer.

  This has to be one of my favorite poems on this site. You are really an amazing writer. The last stanza was just like “wow”, and I wish I could think of a better way to word that. You did a really good job of making the style of the poem fit what you were talking about—especially in the way there was not a clear pause until the very end, which worked well to build tension.
