I don’t want you to worry if you’re left alone
The stars will always guide you home
I don’t want you to be afraid when you’re the last one there
You’ll always have someone that will care
Just look up into the sky
Remember
You can do anything you want if you try
It’s up to you
I’ll help you do what you need to do
I’ll grab your hand and we can fly away
We can laugh
We can cry
We can waste the day
Everything we do, it’ll be together
I promise we will last forever

This is the first poem I wrote. I wrote it for my best friend who was having troubles figuring out where she belonged within her family and friends. I wanted her to know that I'd always be there for her.

Awesome! I love it, Your friend is lucky to have you!! I found it a little predictable though, you should try writing things that are less obvious and make us try to figure out what your poetry is about. Hope this helps :)
