Destruction Strikes
The water is still,
and the day is silent,
but when the smoke rises,
habitat is destroyed.
Frogs live peacefully
near streams, lakes, and ponds.
The frogs keep their skin moist
in order to survive.
When destruction strikes,
the frogs flee their pond.
Their home has been destroyed,
and have no place to go.
Frogs are dying out,
with no place to live.
Factories take their place,
and the frogs can’t survive.
